No, you do not need to be home. Please be sure that your empty bin(s) are left curb side following your trash collection date and we will handle the rest!

We will send reminders before your upcoming service date. If your bin is full of trash or unavailable at the time of your scheduled service, our crew member will attempt to contact you to bring your bin out. Otherwise, rescheduling options are available at a small fee.
